In thirteen sessions you will find your solid values, recognize your big vision, describe your purpose and define your mission.
Max Frisch once said: "Sooner or later, everyone invents a story that they believe to be their life." However, I am firmly convinced that it is not about inventing, but about finding, about truthfulness, which makes us strong because it gives rise to good questions, better answers and our fulfilling task for our time on earth. In the New Story Mentoring Program, I advise individuals, teams and companies on finding their New Story - their New Story, beyond self-realization and success parameters such as career, profit or growth targets.
This is not about miracle methods, increasing efficiency or self-optimization for more sales or performance, but about the substantial work for you, your vision and your valuable task as a necessary contribution to a tomorrow that is better than today. Because that is what we are here for.
The New Story Mentoring Program is structured in its structure, but absolutely flexible in its process, because not every mentee starts at the same stage. Some are just starting out, while others have already been working on their topics for a long time. Depending on the status, priorities are set, both in terms of content and time, so that everything you need is created efficiently and purposefully. Each meeting (live or online every one to two weeks) is scheduled to last around 90-120 minutes. The entire program usually runs over a period of around three months. Please note that not every mentoring unit is dedicated to a single session and that sessions can unfold over two or more units. As already mentioned, this depends on the status of your development and the nature of your questions. The program remains optimally flexible to achieve the best result for you.
NEW-STORY-MENTORING is one of the most important parts of Markus Gull's work because it enables special people with special goals to be truly accompanied in their effective tasks so that they can make their important contribution to our community. This makes them strong, just like their teams, their companies and all of us.
(Who is the human being?)
"This is still just dummy text and will only be replaced by the real text later. But at the moment we have to be patient with the real text because I simply don't have any text yet."

Join the group of special people at
who are really serious about finding their inner story and bringing it to life. Because these people have a fulfilling purpose beyond the conventional success stories that all too often may sound good on the outside, but remain frustratingly hollow on the inside.
or ponder whether you really belong to this special group of people, then I say to you: "Yes! Because otherwise you probably wouldn't even be here!" Here's another piece of advice from my own bitter experience and from the bottom of my heart: don't waste any more of your life, because nothing weighs us down more than our unrealized projects, our unlived lives and our withered dreams.
And everyone, including me, who takes important steps and has a fulfilling task, needs and has mentors to accompany them on this journey. Just like in every hero's journey.

More InformationWhether professionally, for your company, for you personally or for everything together - it's all about the famous purpose, the much-cited why. But this time it's the right one! Because as wonderfully helpful as all these approaches and approaches are in principle, in the end they are (often unintentionally) aimed at the old wheel of self-optimization. So what we need are not new rules, not a new narrative - we need a completely new game. A new story, in other words. Your New Story.
This is specifically about a powerful answer to the question: "How do I find my story, in which I take on a task with what I do and what I really am, which I fulfill and which fulfills me." It is about your personal hero's journey to find meaning and I will accompany you as a mentor if you want.
Yes, the basis of my work is story. By that I don't mean the superficial telling of stories trimmed for effect, but the mythological, archaic power of stories that are rooted in where we as human beings have grown within ourselves. Why is this so substantially important? The principle behind it is very simple! Before something comes into being, before something changes, the story that we tell ourselves (and each other) about it always comes into being or changes. We humans have been thinking in stories since we developed language and consciousness ages ago. Or rather: we think in stories. This applies universally. For individuals, teams, companies, friends, society - across epochs, cultures and lifestyles. All myths, religions, beliefs, narratives or collections of life rules are ultimately nothing more than such stories.
This brings us to my method, or rather my approaches.
I work holistically from the inside out. Before we can go into practical implementation, we have to lay the spiritual foundation, otherwise we are just creating noise before the (next) defeat.
It certainly has a lot to do with spirituality, but nothing to do with organized religions, esoteric stuff and waving incense sticks.
The basis of my applied work is the magical and mythological life-giving power of stories. At the top of my list of mentors, whom I have never met in person, but in their works (i.e. in person again), is Joseph Campbell and his standard work "The Hero in a Thousand Shapes". Then there are the insights of Viktor E. Frankl, C.G. Jung and Abraham H. Maslow.
Above all, however, I use my own processes, methods and tools, which I have developed over decades in my work as an author, in consulting and in coaching.
This is not about miracle methods, increasing efficiency or self-optimization for more sales or performance, but about the substantial work for you, your vision and your valuable task as a necessary contribution to a tomorrow that is better than today. Because that is what we are here for.
You will discuss your status using a questionnaire that you have already received and completed. Then Markus will introduce you to the philosophy and method of the program in a deep dive.
Together with Markus, you decide on the course of your program.
This is about beliefs and the many misleading stories that we humans have been telling ourselves and each other for ages and how the redemptive change of perspective can best be achieved. You will discuss the difference between your inner and outer story and go into the real, effective Hierarchy of Needs.
Every story unfolds around the main character, who is transformed by their insightful conflicts. In order to write this story in a genuine, true and authentic way, it is important to understand as much as possible about the main character, their motives, their goals, their blockages and their conflicts. In this case, the main character is you - at least in your external story - and you will approach reality in the same way as one does professionally when developing (i.e. discovering) a main character in a touchingly told, fictional story. The archetypes (C.G. Jung et al.) will also play a role here.
What drives and defines us are our defining values. You are now dealing with your values, virtues and principles, with value systems, counter-values and balance values. Yes, there is such a thing and you absolutely need to know them. This results in one of the more intensive homework assignments in your program and finally your values diamond ... You get to know the E3 Elixir Explorer.
Every main character always has an environment of other people who influence their thoughts and actions. These characters are aptly called impact characters. We will get to know your group, whereby - spoiler warning! - the mentor in the current chapter of your story is Markus. But who is he after that?
The word "conflict" has already been used above. This is essentially what it's all about: and the permanent resolution of small, large and huge conflicts. You discuss the three levels of conflict and why there is usually only one remaining conflict at the end. You also find out who the opponents in your hero's story are, which so-called antagonistic forces are at work and why you absolutely need them.
You find out how your story is structured in its original genetics and deal with your "why". But in a powerful, new way that turns the famous "Golden Circle" (S. Sinek) into a "Growth Circle" with which you can grow a little beyond yourself.
Many of us have already studied their "Big Five for Live" (J. Strelecky et al.). If you haven't, let's do that now. In any case, we breathe soul into them with an important additional question that is usually overlooked, so that they can have the desired effect.
Now we are actually taking on the hero's journey. Instead of stubbornly going through the 17 stages described by Joseph Campbell, we will do so using a special, condensed, easy-to-use structure developed by Markus. You have already laid the foundation for this earlier with your Story ABC.
What business are you in with your company? What is your job, your profession? What should it be? Do you need a new direction? The answer is obvious and therefore usually wrong. In this session, you will find the true answer to the seemingly simple question "What business are you in?", which will probably surprise you. And by the way, it's not just about profession, work and company. Your "business" can also mean something completely different.
Now it's getting very practical. Markus explains what a logline is, what you need it for and how best to write it. Then you work on your one-sheet, your vision board and, above all, your mission board and discuss why focusing on the ever-popular storytelling is missing the point and story sharing is what you should be focusing on. And how.
After this session, you will have an inverted one, your manifesto and your mantra for daily use.
Here are some very tangible, practical tips for every day that will help you to actually do what you want and should do. After all, the journey through life is not only an odyssey full of distractions for Odysseus. The best protection against this is your strong inner story and a series of tips to guide you through your day.
